Traditional use: This blend of Star Anise, Elderberry and Clove is traditionally used in folk herbalism to soothe digestion and ease respiratory discomfort.

How it's brewed: Combine 1 tablespoon of the blend with 1 cup of hot water and the juice of one key lime. Steep for 15 minutes, strain, and sweeten with wild honey substitute, agave or date syrup if desired. Shake the packet before use.
