The SJ6 Ultra requires comes with a waterproof housing rated IP68（included the box), suitable for underwater recording in conditions such as swimming or rain at depths up to 30 meters.
The preview looks blurry, but the recorded video is clear. Is this normal?

Yes. The live preview uses compressed video to ensure smooth real-time performance. This does not affect the quality of the recorded footage.
Why does my footage look distorted?

If you notice image distortion, open Image Settings from the lower-left corner of the shooting screen and enable Distortion Correction to restore a natural perspective.
Can I record video while charging the camera?

Yes. The SJ6 Ultra supports recording while powered via USB, such as with a power bank or car charger. This is ideal for dashcam use, live streaming, fixed indoor recording and long meetings or time-extended shoots.
Does the SJ6 Ultra support an external wireless microphone?

The SJ6 Ultra is compatible with the upcoming SJCAM wireless microphone (M4), designed to enhance audio capture for various recording situations such as vlogging and interviews. We suggest using SJCAM accessories when available.
