Red Clover

The pink-flowered clover of the meadows, gathered and dried by herbalists as a tonic for the women aboard and ashore alike.

Traditional use: Red clover (Trifolium pratense) is traditionally used in folk herbalism to support women's reproductive wellbeing and as a general blood-cleansing tonic.

How it's brewed: Boil 2 cups of spring water and add 2-3 tablespoons of Red Clover. Steep for 15 minutes, strain and drink twice a day.
