Traditional use: Mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsus) is traditionally used in folk herbalism to support respiratory and lung health, easing chesty coughs and clearing the airways.

How it's brewed: Boil 2 cups of spring water and add 2-3 tablespoons of mullein. Steep for 15 minutes, strain and drink twice a day.
