Traditional use: Mimosa pudica is traditionally used in folk herbalism as a tonic herb for men, traditionally regarded as supportive of prostate and urinary tract wellbeing.

How it's brewed: Boil roughly 1-2 tablespoons of the dried herb in 2 cups of spring water for 5 minutes, then let it simmer for a further 15 minutes until the water darkens. Strain and drink 2 cups daily — one on waking, one before bed. Avoid during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
