The thermometer simply clips to the side of your frothing jug, and gives an accurate temperature reading as your milk heats. When the dial hits the marked ‘froth zone’, remove it from the steam wand – it’ll be just right for your favourite coffee drink.
It’s also ideal for heating milk in saucepans.
