A dual-diode 450nm blue light laser module built for DIY laser engraving and cutting, sold in 10W, 5W, and 4W optical power versions to match different projects and budgets. It's designed as a drop-in upgrade for popular DIY laser engraving machines, with a TTL-controlled interface for power control.
The module includes an air-assist nozzle that blows air across the cutting point during operation, reducing burn marks and helping keep the lens free of debris. A removable protective cover filters blue light during use, so it can be run without laser glasses. A spare protection window is included for easy lens replacement.
In testing, the 10W version cuts 8mm basswood plywood in one pass at 120mm/min, and the 5W version cuts 4mm plywood in one pass at 190mm/min. The 4W (20W-effect) version measures 9.5 x 3.5 x 3.5cm and weighs approximately 146g.
